Terms and Conditions
Wholesale Farm Supply is a supply-only business within One Building Supply. Review these terms together with your written quotation before approving an order.
Material inquiries and quotations
Submitting an inquiry does not place an order. Before approving a quotation, review the legal seller, product descriptions, quantities, dimensions, finish, compatibility, pricing, taxes, payment requirements, freight and exclusions. Resolve discrepancies in writing.
Supply scope
The business is supply-only. Installation, engineering, permits, site preparation and unloading are not included unless expressly identified in the written quotation. Website category information does not establish a stocked model, specification or approved design.
Product selection
The buyer should confirm intended use and installation requirements with the appropriate qualified person. Animal type, site conditions, support design and component compatibility must be considered. Specific materials and availability are confirmed in the quotation.
Deposits, balances and order changes
A deposit is required before an order is processed, sourced or placed into production. The accepted quotation sets out the deposit amount and payment schedule. Remaining balances are due according to that quotation, generally before shipment unless agreed otherwise in writing. Order deposits are nonrefundable under the agreed order terms, subject to applicable law and written exceptions. Cancellations, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted after order confirmation and supplier commitments. Any approved exception must be agreed in writing and remains subject to applicable law.
